Cempaka lauched in 2006 with husband and wife team David and Lesley Campbell. David spent many years in the hotel industry in both Europe and Asia and Lesley’s background in marketing and interior design ensures that we are more than just a furniture manufacturer. Having lived and worked in locations including Japan, Africa, Singapore, USA and London, founders David and Lesley Campbell have been inspired by diverse cultures and design influences that led them to create Cempaka based in the beautiful island of Bali. We are inspired everyday by the beauty around us and the skills of the artisans we work with.
For over a decade Cempaka has been working to create luxury, modern contract furniture for the most discerning clients worldwide. Our factory has the capability of creating one-off exquisite accent pieces for a luxury residence or full furniture supply for a 5 star 400 rooms hotel. With years of experience in contract furniture design and a wide array of specialist suppliers. we are able to develop and source unique one-off pieces of furniture, artwork or lighting to deliver a complete design solution for your luxury project.
We pride ourselves in our close attention to detail and professionalism that helps us to produce the finest possible furniture. We use only the best quality materials and hardware, and will always utilizes the best possible finishes to match clients’ design vision and budget.
